Rockies Training at PSI

Jason Giambi (PH/1B), Troy Tulowitzki (SS) , and Dexter Fowler (OF) are getting in condition for the upcoming season at PSI. 

Jason has been training at PSI since it opened but Troy (Tulo) and Dexter followed Jason and moved to Las Vegas to elevate their performance and get ready for spring training.  Tulo, one of the best shortstops in baseball, wants to improve his power and quickness, while Dexter is trying to add some lean mass to his 6\' 3\" frame.

Downtown Soccer Club Teams Begin Training

The Downtown Soccer Club has started performance training at PSI.  The 98 girls and the 01 boys teams have joined our team training program with more to come!  The club, under the direction of Gary Soresman, has seen the benefits realized by some individual club players that have  joined PSI and decided it was a benefit needed by their teams.

College Standouts Begin Preparation For NFL Combine

Cort Dennison-LB University of Washington, BJ Guerra-OL Washington State University, and Dustin Waldron-OL Portland State University have started combine preparation training at PSI.  The three will spend the next 8 weeks getting into shape and preparing for their tryout with the NFL.  All three will have Pro Day tryouts schedule for March while Dustin will also attend the NFL combine...
