Workout of the Month: Power & Strength Development

 

 

This workout is a six-day rotating six week strength and power development program.  We have had great success using it for a variety of athletes.  It is different workouts that rotate over a six week period.  It provides a lot of exercise variety allowing the athlete to train more days successively without over training.  If you have any questions or comments regarding the enclosed workout, please do not hesitate in contacting us.
