Pahrump Football Defines Dedication!
The Pahrump football team has been coming consistently four days a week over the last two months! They began with a Novice 13 & Under Program consisting of basic body weight movements; they have now progressed to Phase II where they are doing power cleans, front squats, and bench press (and seeing tremendous results).
The kids travel two hours a day, four times a week to train at PSI. We commend them and their parents for their dedication!!
