Our high school program is designed to improve performance and give athletes the tools necessary to excel at their sport. Are you required to workout with your high school team? Not a problem! We can work with your current situation and design a program that will target areas that are often overlooked.
Each workout addresses the following areas: movement preparation, torso strength, speed, agility, power, strength, flexibility, and conditioning. After assessing your current training condition, we will design a program to improve your athletic performance based on the assessment results, your sport, and your training goals. Program length is 90 minutes.
